We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, returns are subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact us at support@zyccie.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the package.

Non-Refundable Situations:
Damages and Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@zyccie.com We will assess the situation and provide a solution.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong item shipped), customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as separate purchases.
European Union Customers:
For items shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
